Play Through Life

Mikey Donica is a composer/pianist based in the New York area He is originally from Hackettstown, New Jersey. His love of music comes from his talented family, who are responsible for his introduction to music and fostered his love for the art. He recently received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts with a major in music composition from Carnegie Mellon University. 

He typically composes pieces inspired by small moments of everyday life. He has a particular interest in finding ways to combine his love of many different genres including jazz, blues, rock n’ roll, and minimalism. Mikey composes for several high school marching bands around the country and hopes to continue to share his love of music with younger generations. He hopes that his pieces can resonate with audiences, or at least provide them with an enjoyable and memorable experience.
